(3) Only after disengaging the clutch can the motor be started, and then the machine can be started. If the motor does not turn when the start button is pressed, the stop button should be pressed immediately to prevent burning the motor.
(4) Do several empty range tests to check whether the brake clutch and manipulator are faulty and whether the operation is reliable. The motor reaches the rated speed and then starts the press.
(5) The operator should wear all kinds of labor protection equipment according to regulations.
2. Before unloading, check the material, whether the material thickness is consistent with the work order, and conduct an appearance inspection on the beryllium copper reed raw material, whether there is crushing, deformation, distortion, dirt and other raw material defects.
